OBS help regarding high CPU issue

I'm using the latest version of OBS, and I recently formatted my computer. After using OBS for an hour, the CPU usage in OBS increases excessively.
I am using Windows 11. The latest version of the drivers appears to be installed. The RAM size is 8 GB. My graphics card is an Nvidia GeForce MX130.I've tried many things to solve this problem but haven't succeeded. I'm waiting for your help. I'm sharing an example from the log file.

When we start the live stream, the CPU usage is normal. Later in the stream, the CPU usage increases, reaching its peak. I haven't encountered this in previous versions. Could this be related to the latest Windows updates?

I didn't bother to look at your log but your MX-130 doesn't have an encoder so your system has to use x264 (CPU). Since your system is so thin (8GB RAM) I suspect it is thrashing. After some time it gets too bad & things go off the rail.

There's so many MX-130 variants. Even some that are unicorns & actually have a encoder. One thing I'm certain that they all have in common. 2GB of VRAM....
