OBS Studio is freezing while recording lectures

hello,
i am facing an issue where my OBS studio freezes more or less at 40 minutes entirely while capturing lectures on browser window. and then when i try to again capture with obs studio the video id freezing within 2-10 minutes.
My system details:
- OS: Windows
- Capture method: Display Capture
I need help figuring out if this is an encoding overload, a hardware bottleneck, or a power saving turning off system components mid session or something else.

i have also attached the output, audio and advanced settings of OBS

studio i am using.
any help tracking down the cause of this rendering lockup would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Your log is incomplete but there's enough info to see that your system is woefully thin, the moment you opened OBS there was basically no RAM left. Your system is no doubt thrashing. After some time it fails miserably, see link.

You need to reduce load.

Close all programs not needed when using OBS.

Run your monitor @ 60HZ when using OBS

Disable your iGPU

Use CQP Rate Control for your recording.

Run another test. Close/re-open OBS when finished & then post the previous log.
